File#52 - The REAL Shoko-shu

ym"with special guest from Singapore. I was scolded when I ordered Fine Shokoshu for him, but on the rock......he had such a queer expression. Then he taught me the real way. WOW.... did not know it made such a big difference. The REAL way to drink it is to warm it at the very right temperature, and a drop of dried plum in a ochoko (one shot glass). Big Big Difference... since I favor Shokoshu alot, I will be sure to stock some dried plums from now on. Thanks to him for the worthy lecture."
